First Session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, to help you get a sense of how I work and for us to decide if I am the best therapist for what you need. It is an opportunity for us to talk in more detail about what has brought you to therapy, to answer any questions you may have and to confirm the practicalities of how we will work together, if you wish to proceed.
